Shipping Policy



Once your order ships you will receive an confirmation email with detailed tracking information. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct .We are NOT responsible for unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the
supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. D’Luxe Physiques do not take responsibility for lost/stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. If you realize that you have entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us within 24 hours. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.


All orders are subject to a processing time of 24-48 BUSINESS hours (Monday-Friday) after order is received and take 2-3 business days to be delivered and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.


If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.

D’Luxe Physiques do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.

If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

***Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather. USPS Domestic orders above $250 will be sent with signature confirmation automatically for security purposes***

USPS Priority: 2-3 business days
USPS Express: 1-2 business days
USPS International: 10-15 business days
